We participate and are in- network with Aetna, CareFirst, Cigna/Evernorth, and United HealthCare. If you do not see your insurance listed, please email us at admin@thrivebehavioralsolutions.org.

If you do not have insurance, the fee for a session is:
Diagnostic Evaluation: $200
Individual Session (53 min): $185
Couples / Family Session (53 min): $185
Card-on-File
We require patients to keep a credit card on file to facilitate the processing of copays, deductibles, and fees more efficiently. You will receive a receipt via email for each payment. Your insurance will provide you with an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) when your claim has been processed. The EOB will detail the charges and payments made on your behalf and/or your patient responsibility. Please call your insurance to verify your eligibility, copay, or deductible information.

You may pay for services provided using your Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA) card, credit card, or debit card. We require a credit card authorization form to be signed before your first appointment. Your credit card information will always be fully protected by our off-site, card-processing partner Therapy Brands and will not be stored on our computers, as required by industry standards (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard – PCI-DSS).
Fees
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all scheduled appointments.

To cancel or reschedule, please call (240) 863-2117 or email admin@thrivebehavioralsolutions.org. You may also access the client portal to cancel a session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $50.00 late cancellation fee. If a client is a no-show for a scheduled appointment, a $100.00 no-show fee applies. We will grant a ten-minute grace period before marking an appointment as a no-show.
